Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered bx999 Account. The existence of multiple Accounts attributable to the same individual — whether created using different personal details, different payment methods, or through other persons — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bx999 will suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances including deposits, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx999 Account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bx999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised it.
bx999 Accounts operated by Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The currency of your Account is set at registration and cannot be changed after the first deposit is made.
bx999 is required under its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policy to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, as a condition of continued platform access. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the bx999 cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits credited to a bx999 Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. bx999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. bx999 targets the following processing windows under normal operating conditions:

A deposit must be wagered at least once on any real-money game before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This condition exists to prevent payment system abuse and applies to all deposit methods without exception. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 7 and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met in full.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bx999 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By opting into any bonus or promotion on bx999, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus Funds credited to a bx999 Account carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus balance is converted to real money and becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and expiry date are stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified:
Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your bx999 Account without notice. Expired bonus balances are not reinstated under any circumstances.
bx999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence that the bonus was claimed through misleading, deceptive, or abusive means, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple Accounts; using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; coordinated play between Accounts; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
bx999 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific players, geographic locations, payment methods, or Account types at its sole discretion. Promotional eligibility requirements, if any, are stated on each promotion page. Players who have enrolled in bx999's self-exclusion programme are not eligible for bonuses or promotional communications.
Each game available on the bx999 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcomes of that specific game.
bx999 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. This right exists for all game types including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. Bets are not confirmed until a confirmation notification has been displayed to the player within the Platform interface.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, communication failure, or any other error affecting the display or recording of a bet or game outcome, bx999 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the staked amount to the player's Account. Winnings generated as a result of an obvious error — including pricing errors in sports betting odds — will not be honoured and will be cancelled. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Sports bets on bx999 are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. For cricket — including PSL and international matches — results are settled on the official scorecard as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. bx999 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation where results are disputed or under review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bx999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
All content on the bx999 Platform — including but not limited to the bx999 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, graphical assets, text, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bx999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the bx999 Platform or its content without bx999's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bx999's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx999's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bx999 shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not bx999 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
bx999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside bx999's reasonable control may result in Platform downtime. bx999 is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits bx999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bx999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where bx999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, has provided false information, or where suspension is required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or for the purpose of investigation.
Where an Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, bx999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is found, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method.
You may request closure of your bx999 Account at any time by contacting bx999 support. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Closing your Account does not affect bx999's right to retain records in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
A bx999 Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. bx999 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account administrative fees as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by completing the bx999 Login process.
bx999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on bx999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bx999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the Account, a notification displayed during bx999 Login, or a notice published on the bx999 Platform.
Amendments take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the bx999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using bx999 and may request Account closure.

In the event of any dispute relating to your bx999 Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you must first contact bx999 support to attempt resolution. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bx999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a full response within 7 business days.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bx999's gaming licence is issued.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the jurisdiction in which bx999 holds its gaming licence shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
